We are attempting to accurately describe visual condition of records and covers which most times are graded very conservatively (VG+ is often unplayed or played once) so customers will rarely be disappointed. Everything is always guaranteed to satisfaction so we stand behind everything we sell. Because of time constraints involved in locating and restocking items, we cannot pull items for picture taking, e-mail discussions about pressing or cover variations, or other involved discussions that people might have.
