INTERNET ORDERS:
If you purchased something from us and you're not satisfied with its condition, just let us know and we'll arrange for its return. When it arrives back at the store, we'll refund your purchase and your original shipping expense.
We offer our domestic customers the choice of shipping via Media Mail, First Class or Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your order within as little as 2 or 3 days.
We ship overseas and to Canada, Mexico and South America via Airmail. Any overseas shipments are sent at the buyer's risk. Items can - and often do - take weeks or months to arrive. Our experience tells us that 99% of items shipped outside the US make it to their destination sooner or later. Please be patient.
